Helenenor A. Baker
Helenenor is the widow of Tommy L. Baker, Sr., who is deceased from his battle with pancreatic cancer. She is a loving and devoted mother of three children (in union) and a grandmother to whom she is known as “NANA.” As a Florida native, she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and listening to music. Her extensive education is what drives her to be a huge part of this foundation. She has always been the mother to her children’s friends in and just overall in her community. She also enjoys being there to comfort those who are declining in health or just needs someone to talk to. Helenenor obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St. Leo University and has over 30 years of experience in Business functions, Human Resources, and Administration. In her role at Tommy’s Angels, Helenenor’ s goal is to oversee the strategic planning and development of day to day administrative and operational functions of the foundation. She looks forward to bringing managerial, operational, and administrative procedures while reporting structures and operation controls to the company. She understands the importance of effectively communicating to foster growth amongst the executive team and patients. Helenenor’s strong determination and will with being a caretaker for her late husband Tommy, is what has driven her to her lead role in this organization and she looks forward to being more involved in the community.
